Ordering Methods

You can fax us a completed SureScreen order form or purchase order. Alternatively, contact us by telephone, fax, email or post. Order forms can also be printed from our download section. All major credit/debit cards accepted.

When Ordering please supply:

• Name of organisation
• Full delivery address for delivery and invoicing
• Name and contact details of purchaser
• Official purchase order or number
• Product code and quantity

Pricing and Terms

30 days net. All Prices are exclusive of VAT and shipping charges.

Shipping

We keep huge stocks so we can despatch most goods straight away for a next day delivery within the UK. In the unlikely event of a delay we'll keep you fully informed. Overseas customers - please call us for best shipping quote.

After sales Support

Full technical support is provided by our forensic laboratory and is included in our service.

Accreditations

Most of our products carry FDA and CE approval. SureScreen is an ISO9001 approved company.

Use and Storage of Products

Products are packaged with full instructions, please follow these carefully. Rapid tests should be stored between 2°C and 30°C (36°F - 86°F) in a cool dry place.
