Dip‑and‑read urine reagent strips for rapid multiparameter screening.
Urinalysis Reagent Strips are dip‑and‑read test strips designed for the rapid qualitative and semi‑quantitative detection of multiple parameters in urine, including glucose, protein, blood, ketones, pH, nitrite and leukocytes. Results provide valuable information relating to general metabolic status, kidney and urinary tract function, and overall health. These strips are intended for professional in vitro diagnostic use and can be read visually using a colour chart or instrumentally with urine chemistry analysers.

About Urinalysis
Urinalysis is a widely used first‑line screening method that provides insight into metabolic status, kidney function and urinary tract health. Multiparameter reagent strips allow efficient evaluation of several analytes from a single urine sample, supporting general health and wellness monitoring.
What do urinalysis reagent strips test for?
Urinalysis reagent strips screen urine for multiple parameters, including glucose, ketones, protein, blood, pH, nitrites, leukocytes, bilirubin, urobilinogen and specific gravity, depending on the panel configuration. Together, these markers provide general information about urinary and metabolic health.
How is urinalysis used in wellness and clinical settings?
Urinalysis is commonly used as a first‑line screening tool to support routine health assessment. Results may indicate changes in metabolic status, kidney function, hydration or urinary tract health and help determine whether further investigation is required.
Are urinalysis strip results diagnostic?
No. Urinalysis reagent strips provide screening results only. Abnormal findings are not diagnostic and should always be interpreted alongside clinical evaluation, patient history and, where appropriate, follow‑up testing.
What type of sample is required?
The test uses a fresh urine sample, collected in a clean container. The strip is briefly dipped into the urine and results are read by comparing colour changes to the reference chart.
Do these strips require laboratory equipment?
No. Urinalysis reagent strips are designed for dip‑and‑read use, with results interpreted visually. They may also be read using compatible urine chemistry analysers where required.
Who are urinalysis reagent strips intended for?
These strips are intended for professional use in healthcare, occupational health and wellness screening environments. They support routine monitoring as part of a broader health assessment approach.
