Office Relocation Announcement

We’re excited to share that SureScreen Diagnostics is embarking on a new journey as we relocate to a new office, warehouse and production facility. The decision to move was made with our commitment to providing the best possible service in mind.

Commencing Monday, May 13th, 2024, all correspondence and in-person meetings, will be conducted at our new premises. Our operating hours will remain unchanged, from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.

We want to reassure you that we have implemented measures to minimise any disruptions to the quality of service you’ve come to expect from us during our move.

Breathalyser recalibration new delivery address

Effective May 13th, 2024, please direct all breathalyser deliveries to:

  • UNIT 17, EAGLE PARK, ALFRETON ROAD, DERBY, DE21 4BF

Please note there will be a Business Redirection in place for all mail from this date. Kindly anticipate a slight delay of up to 24 hours for any redirected mail.

 

Laboratory services new delivery address

Effective May 13th, 2024, please direct all samples and laboratory kits to:

  • UNIT 17, EAGLE PARK, ALFRETON ROAD, DERBY, DE21 4BF

Disruption to processing orders

During our relocation period from May 17th to May 21st, 2024, we regret to inform you that order processing will be temporarily suspended. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
