Non-invasive oral fluid multi-drug test for workplace and rehabilitation screening.
SureSwab is an oral fluid (saliva) drug screening device that detects multiple drugs of abuse without the need for urine collection or restroom facilities. Using a sponge collector, the donor provides a saliva sample which is transferred to the integrated test cassette. A collection indicator confirms that sufficient sample has been obtained.
Available in 8 and 10 panel configurations, SureSwab is CE marked and designed for use in workplace drug testing, ‘for cause’ testing, rehabilitation programmes and any setting where observed, non-invasive collection is important. Results are available in 10 minutes.

About Oral Fluid Drug Testing
Oral fluid drug testing detects parent drugs and metabolites in saliva using lateral flow immunoassay technology. The detection window for oral fluid is typically shorter than urine, reflecting more recent drug use. All non-negative results should be confirmed by an accredited laboratory using LC-MS/MS.
What is SureSwab oral fluid drug testing?
SureSwab is a non-invasive, saliva based drug screening device that detects multiple drugs from oral fluid collected via a sponge swab. It is an alternative to urine testing that allows directly observed collection.
Why choose oral fluid testing over urine testing?
Oral fluid testing avoids privacy concerns associated with observed urine collection. It is well suited to roadside, workplace and rehabilitation settings where directly supervised collection is required to reduce adulteration risk.
How does SureSwab confirm that enough sample has been collected?
SureSwab includes a colour-change collection indicator on the swab head. When the indicator turns pink, sufficient oral fluid has been absorbed for the test to perform reliably.
What drugs can SureSwab detect?
The 8-panel SureSwab detects AMP, BZO, COC, MET, OPI, THC, TML and KET. The 10-panel additionally covers BAR, BUP, MTD and PCP. Refer to the IFU for cut-off levels.
How long does SureSwab take?
The collection phase takes approximately 3 minutes. Results are then available in a further 10 minutes. Do not read results after 20 minutes.
